If your appointment or query is not urgent, please try after 9.30 am to avoid our busy period on the telephones. You may experience a “dead line” if our call system is at capacity. This capacity is set by our line providers, Gamma, so is beyond our control.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical emergency or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Parking is available adjacent to the surgery (entrance off Brook Street). There is also limited kerbside parking at the front of the practice but please note this subject to time restrictions. Please check the signs before you leave your vehicle as we cannot be held responsible for any penalties incurred.
