Message for patients: staff shortages

Our GP practice teams are working hard to care for you this winter. Like the rest of the NHS, we are experiencing staff absences at short notice in both our clinical and admin departments, meaning we are having to rearrange many appointments. This can make it difficult to provide a normal level of service for you, including longer call waiting times.

We will always prioritise the most unwell patients. If you have a minor illness, please consider accessing help in other ways including through your local pharmacy. More information on local services can be found here.
