We are now using Heidi Health during some of our consultations
At Willowbrook Medical Practice, we are always looking for ways to improve the care we provide and make the most of the time our clinicians spend with patients.
We are pleased to let patients know that some of our clinicians are now using Heidi Health, a secure medical documentation tool, during consultations.
Heidi Health helps clinicians create accurate clinical notes by securely transcribing conversations during appointments. This allows clinicians to focus more on listening to patients and less on typing notes, helping to improve both the quality of consultations and the accuracy of medical records.
